I am Davide. The work starts when there is an idea and a real limit, of time or of money. That limit decides what has to work first. The rest waits.
A trial, then the system
Before the budget is committed I look at whether the core holds: the risks, the time, what happens if one piece fails. If the trial fails, we stop. You keep the reason.
If it holds, the work goes on in short cycles, through to a system people use. At the end there is documentation and a handover, so you can keep it running without me.
The work I take
Connected plants, experiences on a real place, AI inside a system that already exists. I invoice from Italy, and I write and speak Italian and English.
To start I need three things: the goal, the budget, the timing. If one is missing, the thirty-minute call is there to find it.
